Ultrasonic teeth cleaning service

Does anyone know how efficient the new ultrasonic teeth cleaning is? It's offered by dog groomers (no anaesthetic). Can also buy them, but i'm not sure if it's the same thing? eg https://amzn.eu/d/6UFWo4V

I don't have any direct experience with it tho.

I bet if it is used a few times/week it might help. However only occasional use by the groomer may not be of much value.

It would be super interesting to ask people who specialize in non-anesthetic dentals whether they use or recommend the emmi-pet?
