Dental cleaning in UK?

We're looking for teeth cleaning in the UK for our unneutered 3 year old Sheltie, Buddy. I've looked at all the dental resources here (which are brilliant) but i'm not sure how to find a real dental specialist who will do a thorough job?! He's never had a professional dental clean yet. (Buddy is happy and healthy generally. He has bad tartar build up on his canines and the tooth in front. Otherwise good white teeth. He is real food / raw fed with plenty of raw bones and teeth cleaned with brush and vet recommended toothpaste several times a week.) TIA. Tasha
