Symptoms due to season change?

My pup has been vomiting puddles of liquid today and refusing food. I checked my notes and my posts here on the forum and noticed the exact same thing happened to her same time (March 23rd) of last year (here's the thread: https://www.holisticactions.com/forum/threads/appetite-dropped-in-beam-wait-and-see.42599/) Coincidence? Or could this be triggered by the season change? It's super hot here in So. Cal today...
