During Monday's Empower Hour! webinar we will be discussing mindful use of supplements.

This discussion starts by differentiating the two different ways that you can help your pets.

  1. Pharmacologically
  2. Energetically
Pharmacologic methods include both drugs and supplements. In this case, physical molecules are being used to alter (and hopefully support) physiologic functions such as Muscle Protein Synthesis (MPS).

Click/tap here for the detailed article that discusses this at the molecular level.

The direct relevance here is that polyunsaturated fatty acids found in fish oils have been found to support this process.

Both to prevent and treat the muscle loss of aging.

This is one way that the clinically-proven Myos muscle building supplement works.

The second way is even more important IMHO!

That is, methods that help by harnessing your pets' vital forces using homeopathy, acupuncture, Ayurveda, etc.

We'll talk more about this and inflammaging (chronic inflammation leading to symptoms of aging) in other messages of this thread, elsewhere on the forum and on the webinar.
