Hi @everyone-
I am starting this thread in the cancer folder because, at its essence, having sufficient and balanced energy is the best way (IMHO) to prevent and treat cancer in pets.
Building and preserving vitality (energy) is also the key to proactive prevention and management of every other dis-ease. Every cell of every organ and tissue of a living body needs energy to function.
Here's a series of exercises for people which are focused on increasing energy.

A doctor friend who teaches these exercises recommends learning 5 at a time (there are 39). Anyone can perform the exercises as they primarily use intention and muscular contraction.
