Can bladder cancer spread directly to kidney?

Today's Pranic healing scan while still dirty looks much cleaner for bladder. However, kidneys seem dirty. I know in some group of thought, this can be considered same organ but could this also mean that the cancer is spreading?

It is possible, but I've never seen this.

Has Chase had a CT scan or MRI?
