Max has never received Trazodone. The only thing that might be "good" about giving him Trazodone for the abdominal ultrasound, is that he will have much less anesthesia during the dental procedure, that will immediately follow the U/S.

Dr. Jeff, here is a PS . . . On the morning of the extraction, Max is also having an abdominal Ultrasound (right before the extraction). Max is only comfortable with being handled (i.e., picked up, blood draws, etc.) as long as there are treats at the ready. Obviously we can't give treats...
