Around March 13, 2024, I noticed the appearance of a very small, dark spot on my dog Tobi's iris, under her pupil in her left eye. The top photo is from March 2024.
Now, almost a year later, the spot has grown (second photo). It does not appear to be bothering her. I'm not sure whether it requires some kind of treatment, or if I should be giving her specific supplements to support her eye health. My main concern is that the spot on Tobi's eye seems to have grown considerably. Thank you in advance for any advice.
(Also, I see that a similar question was asked in 2021 on this forum by @SheriS. I would be curious to know if the pigmentation on your dog's eye changed after your post?)

Mixed breed (terrier mix)
About 44 lbs
BEAM -- behavior is excellent, energy is good but slightly decreased lately, appetite fluctuates (sometimes very hungry sometimes not hungry at all), mood is good
Diet -- Ziwi air dried lamb and mackerel, supplemented with a variety of home cooked foods (beef, bison, brussels sprouts, broccoli, broccoli rabe, carrots, celery, turkey, egg)
Primary problem -- dark spot on iris that appeared suddenly and has grown over the past year
No diagnostic work has been done. Pictures of change over a year are attached.
No treatment yet.
Other symptoms -- Tobi has had some skin eruptions over the last few months that have since healed. She also gets dry eye symptoms (but this is mostly in her right eye).
