Is this a good product to use for ear gunk in my dogs ear

EcoEars Dog Ear Cleaner – Infection Formula, 4 or 8-oz bottle​

My dog has had dark brown gunk in one ear for awhile. I have used The True Blue ear wipes but it isn't really helping. There is no apparent odor coming from the ear and he doesn't seem bothered by it except when I use the wipes. Is the above product a good option to try and get rid of the gunk once and for all? If not, is there something else to try?

The product seems to have fairly good ingredients.

However, maybe it would be good to review lesson one of the 101 class about the perspective of symptoms. Focusing on topical treatment of the ear is only useful if there is a need (pain, itching, etc). Since he seems ok with the ear, work to build his vitality and balance his energetic field so the body no longer needs to create this minor symptom.

Evaluate how you are doing with feeding fresh, lots of mental and physical stimulation appropriate for him, sniffing, snuffle mat, SLOW petting with intention of healing, not using leash & collar (harness better)...and all that we discuss here at HA.
