Dog ear cleaner

I was using Dr. Harvey's Herbal Ear wash, but I can't find it anywhere. Do you have a good recommendation for just regular cleaning? Water doesn't really work alone. No inflammation, just maintenance.

I rarely clean my dogs' ears but occasionally I do warm coconut oil to a liquid state and then use a cotton ball to wipe the inside of the ears with it. However, I have never put anything down into the ear canal.
