Dementia can often be avoided by watching BEAM carefully, tracking symptoms in a journal, not suppressing any symptoms (even physical) and taking deep action at the first hint of BEAM or other changes.

I agree BEAM and Dr. Feinman are featured prominently in the book, as are over 50 other experts in their fields .
And yes, the primary thing I learned in over 2 years and hundreds of interviews is "Early Prevention is Key!"
