@LilF & @Dr. Jeff -- I ordered Safe-Guard De-Wormer for Dogs from Chewy to try with Charlie. No Rx needed and the same active ingredients from what I could find. Both made by Merck.

This may help you if you decide to do the de-worming.

Fantastic Kristen! Both Safe-Guard and Panacur are the same drug (fenbendazole) which is super-safe.
