Hello! I would greatly appreciate some guidance on treating my cats for fleas. I have 2 indoor (ex feral) cats and 1 indoor/outdoor cat. I also take care of 3 little old lady ferals in my back porch for 10 years. Unfortunately, had to use Revolution last month to get it under control and took...
Yes, it's a powder. I didn't know what to do so I stopped it. I will read about the allergies Aruna mentioned. I believe this happened as a side effect to the Revolution flea medicine she was on and that its no allergies but didn't think it could hurt to give it?
My 3 cats have started itching for a week now. Only one of them is an indoor/outdoor cat. I treated them for 3 months in a row with Revolution and one of my cats lost her hair around her eye lids and two of them have a receding hairline. They also weren't looking like they were feeling too good...
It says its for pets with seasonal allergies but I thought I would give it a try anyway. It says to give double the dose for the first week only. I know @Dr. Jeff you said to always go really low (lower than recommended on the bottle) when giving supplements. It says to give 1/8 tsp for 25 lbs...
is there a brand of some dry food as well from any of these brands that you recommend? sometimes I need a quick fix for them while I am recovering. Or do you only recommend frozen or freeze dried? Thank you for these resources.
Hello Christina, this is amazing of you. It feels like alot of work for me right now dealing with a concussion. My question is don't you have to add taurine and all these other vital nutrients cats need In homemade food? Thank you! Anna
Hello friends,
I have 3 rescue cats. 2 are less than a year old. They were feral until I rescued them 4 months ago. I love feeding them healthy with the raw Darwins (partially cooked) and Stella and Chewy's freeze dried organ hearts per @Dr. Jeff's suggestion.
Any suggestions for cat food...
@Dr. Jeff These are the dried minnow brand I bought. Jinxie used to like them but not anymore. @Dr. Jean Are they okay? Maybe I can but other freeze dried treats of theirs? Thank you!!!
Hello @Dr. Sara . My little Jinxie is still. losing hair around her eyes from the Revolution treatment. I had stopped giving it her but. she is still having lasting effects. Is there anything I can do for her or give her to help with getting her fur back? Im sad about this. Thank you!
Hello Dr. jeff.
Yes, his eating changed the last 2 days so post the Revolution dose (3rd month). He still has energy to play, run and climb trees. He purrs and is interested in eating but then doesn’t. He did dinner the first night his eating changed. Last night I gave him a dose of appetite...
Hello Dr. jeff,
His last dose was Dec. 6th. I gave him the two supplements Dr. Judy Herman recommended for a week to help clear it.
I’ve seen him carry the two mice in his mouth. One of them looked fresh and it was cut and bloody by Junior’s bite, but the second one looked like it had been...
Hello,
My kitty stopped eating 2 days ago but he is purring and comes to his food but can't eat anything. I made him some chicken broth today and he had a good amount one time. He spent more time indoors than he usually does because he may not be feeling well. He has been on Revolution flea...
You have such a compelling way to speaking. I love it. I will get the kitties a snuffle mat. So happy to learn about this. I was looking for a Christmas gift for them. :) I also noticed you mentioned red meat is good for cats! I didn't know this. I will get some grass-fed beef. I have tried...
Hello Dr. Jeff,
Thank you so much for the encouragement and emotional support. I don’t feel as bad for giving Jinxie revolution.
I feed Jinxie Darwin’s raw food but cook it halfway to transition her. I also started adding wild blueberries. I’m going to do your blended kale/blueberry...
Thank you, Dr. Sara. I actually have Wondercide! I was using it on my indoor/outdoor cat When he was the only one living in my house. He got fed up with me spraying him and did not want to come home anymore. He also started growling at me. Ha ha. This is when I felt I had to turn to revolution...
Here are the supplements Dr Judy Herman Holiatic amended. They are by standard process. They are called Thymex and Parotid and are whole food supplements, not homeopathic remedies. i pray this helps.
