Timing of Medications and Remedies

Hi! I was wondering about timing of meds vs remedies.

If a pup is on remedy twice a day and medication twice a day. How long should there be in-between drug and remedy?

If based on work schedule, I am unable to give during the day with proper separation ...is it better to give closer together? Or can remedies be given closer together (8 hours in-between instead of 12 hours)...or any other "tricks"?

Also, there is a possibility that Tater has b-vit deficiencies...no labs yet. Okay to start a Bcomplex vitamin since water soluble? If so any recommendations?

Thank you!!

Great questions Nova!

Ideally, the remedy would be a few hours after the medication. However less time is OK.

Perhaps give the drug when you wake up, then give the remedy before leaving for work.

When you get home at night, give the drug, then the remedy before bed.

Yes to B vitamins. Perhaps try these:

1/4-1/2 cap/day for the human B complex.
