Last week I brought this male rescue home as a companion for my female
cat who has been without a furry companion since last summer. He’s approx 2 years old and, as is standard procedure for many CT rescues, he was given rabies, worming meds, etc. and existed mainly on kibble and Fancy Feast. He is now on a fresh food diet and has a voracious appetite. Is there something I should be adding to his diet, supplements, etc., that will counteract his poor start in life and increase his vitality? He’s very friendly, mellow and affectionate.
