Here's an excerpt from another great article documenting the effectiveness of homeopathy in epidemics.

Amazing stat from historian Julian Winston comparing death from the "Spanish" Flu of people treated with homeopathy compared to those who were not:

The awareness of homoeopathic treatment is remarkably increasing globally day by day with scientific evidences(30-36) ; even the effectiveness of homoeopathic medicine against pathogens is getting well established when compared to other conventional medicines.(36) The homoeopathic system of medicines offers the sufficient evidences to be used as preventive and as treatment modality in various dreadful epidemics such as typhoid, cholera, yellow fever, scarlet fever, meningitis etc. epidemic cases, there is anecdotal evidence that homoeopathy was successful during the Spanish flu epidemic of 1918 to 1919, in which at least 20 million people died worldwide. According to the historian Julian Winston, the death rates for patients treated with homoeopathy were 1 to 2% compared to a 30 to 60% mortality for those treated with conventional physicians. (37)
