This came highly recommended by a friend who runs a rescue - she said this resolves all of her dogs' GI issues...has anyone tried or heard of this? Should I refrain from giving my dog other probiotics while he's on this gel?

Thank you for your help.

You can use it either alone or along with other probiotics.

Thanks, @Dr. Jeff - I've been giving him this gel for two days now and his stool today was firm and solid (First time in months)!

Dear @Dr. Jeff - so I've been giving Koby 2mL of the gel per day and it seems like it's not working as well as when he's first on it. He is having GI upset again, and it leads to him not eating much as well as not doing snuffle mat sessions. I was wondering if I could increase the dosage? Here's the guidelines provided by the company: (Koby is 9lbs)

SUGGESTED USE: Place between the lower teeth and cheek.
Newborn and pre-weaned puppies: Provide 1⁄2 to 1 mL daily for 1 to 4 days and as needed
Puppies and dogs under 20 lbs: Provide 1 to 2 mL daily as needed
Puppies and dogs 20 to 50 lbs: Provide 2 to 4 mL daily as needed
Puppies and dogs over 50 lbs: Provide 4 to 8 mL daily as needed

Sure, you can safely increase the dose, Christine.

It sounds like the Fastrack was palliating his GI symptoms, which is atypical of most probiotics.

Now's the time for the remedy and vital force to pick up the slack!

Also, the details of the Gi upset will be important to help test the remedy.

Thank you, @Dr. Jeff :)
Come on, remedy and vital force! :dogrun::thumbsup:?
Koby's most recent GI upset - belching, gulping, regurgitation, stomach gurgling, smelly gas ... but no diarrhea!
