These look like hives, or urticaria, typically seen as an allergic reaction. They will go away slowly on their own. If they itch, or are sensitive, you can likely find an appropriate treatment by matching the signs. Some possibilities are Apis or Urtica) If you do nothing, and there is no more exposure to the allergen, hives go away in 12-24 hours.
I would do some detective work to try to determine what precipitated this. New food / supplement? Access to area with insulation? Chasing bees?

Thanks. I did have her give APIs and asked all the same questions. The only new thing they have are baby chicks but they already have adult chickens. Thanks
