I've been meaning to start a thread about the ACVIM (vet internist specialists) and Columbia Exposome Bootcamp, but answering your questions has taken priority.
However, this just came into my email so I wanted to share these awe-some potential topics as a way to launch *our* 2022 webinar topics:
"Improve the environment" is a combination of both vet internal medicine (by reducing use of anti-biotics and other drugs) as well as the exposome (individual effects from environmental exposures) and our proposed 2022 theme of "One Health-One Medicine" would cover them both.
No time (or energy) right now to write much more, but here's more quick info. about ACVIM and the Exposome Bootcamp:

The Exposome Boot Camp: Measuring Exposures on an Omic Scale
Researchers will learn to measure environmental exposures on an omic scale, which captures all chemical species detectable in human plasma over the life course, using the exposome framework.
