Blood draw at vet

Today our vet drew blood through the neck of our 12 year old Rat Terrier. He is now back home, has a patch of blood on his neck and his neck looks swollen. He is hiding under the bed and seems unwell. @Dr. Jeff should I give a homeopathic remedy for the swelling and discomfort, or would it interfere with the homeopathic remedy you prescribed?

Hi Monte-

Perhaps hold off on dosing and just massage the neck area (if he allows it) with the strong intention of the neck draining and his re-balancing by tomorrow (if not before).

Also, see how he is after a Therapeutic Sniff Walk or snuffle mat session.

Hot compresses of his neck are also helpful for decreasing swelling (by mobilizing the natural healing mechanisms of his immune system).
