Anxious Cat Not Eating

My cat hasn't been eating in 3 days now. The vet checked for kidney disease and checked liver, all seems ok. The vet gave an appetite stimulant and she had a TiiiNy bit of food last night. She showed reaction to the pain killer injection which had opioids in it and the whole night couldn't sleep and had her eyes wide open, she is very nervous and a tiny noise gets her heart going, she also has a heart murmur. I don't know what to do for her. Please if there are any suggestions I would highly appreciate any help.
