7 week old kitten swallowed a small friendship bead. Do we need to go to er?

Hello,

My 7 week old kitten swallowed a small friendship Bracelet bead. Do we need to rush to ER or can we wait for her to poop it out? She is breathing fine. He drank alot of water afterward.

Sounds like she is doing ok, so would wait to see if she passes it. As long as BEAM good, you can wait.

That's pretty big for a tiny kitten. Not sure that will pass. As Dr. Christina said, watch BEAM carefully. Probably a good idea to contact your vet on Monday--it may be worth inducing vomiting to get it out of the stomach. But it's not an emergency right now.

I agree that a vet visit (or at least a call) is a good idea on Mon. Especially if her BEAM drops or she stops eating.
