Reyah was adopted from a shelter so was chipped when I adopted her. Then, when she had cancer surgery, the vet chipped her again!!! So she has two chips! I had the word 'chipped' engraved on her tags so if she would get loose and found, people would know immediately that she has a microchip...
Reyah now gets 1 tsp of Vitality Blend (powdered mushrooms) at each meal. She was mentioned earlier in this thread.
Dr. Jeff -- how do feeding vegetables and gluten free oatmeal fit into cancer's craving for carbs? Reyah gets both twice a day along with meat. Is it about proportions?

Wanting to add my experience with Reyah to this. She was surrendered to a shelter with an ulcerated mammary tumor when she was seven years old. She had the tumor for one year but it was never addressed. The cancer spread to her lungs. Reyah was not spayed until she had surgery for the tumor...
Thank you @mhassine for all of the info on mushrooms in your previous posts. After the Empower Hour with Dr. Basko I purchased Vitality Blend for Reyah, a 10-mushroom blend in powder form. It's been on and off with her tolerating it but I recently started it again and it's going much better...
Thanks for the specifics on this recipe! I've been feeding Reyah 1/4 cup each meal so will increase it and watch for a change in her BMs. She tolerates 1/4 cup. I make it weekly and when we run out, we run out, until the next week. She loves it!
