Cat with elevated kidney values

Should things like daily bits of kale, drops of wheatgrass, and tsps of coconut water be stopped due to high potassium when a cat is dealing with elevated kidney values?

Yes, in moderation (tho most kitties would never eat too much parsley!).

Wheatgrass is fine but kale is quite high in potassium in the array of vegetables. As long as it's tiny bits, though, it's okay. Parsley is good, lots of antioxidants,... but again, tiny amounts as it does contain a compound that can cause problems.

Thank you all. I will remove the kale and have already started bits of raw asparagus. Do you think asparagus is ok as it is with humans with kidney issues?

My cat loved asparagus so much I would split an entire bunch with him. He would push aside fresh halibut to get to it!
